Inspired by a Burmese doll owned by my mother's friend, Mai. Mai is Burmese, and wanted me to sculpt something similar to her traditional doll, for her to keep! I made a few changes for this version, though - for example, the 'real' Burmese version is meant to be holding a bowl of 7 eggs, rather than the crystal ball.
